The Project
Construction of a block of 2 Townhouses, each having 7 bedrooms, with shared living and utility areas, the building extending over 5 floors Project build to comply with Code for sustainable homes – level 3 and secure by design.
The building will be of Traditional Masonry Construction with engineered timber intermediate floors and the 3rd floor being part timber framed construction. The development will also benefit from a PV installation.
